Skilled in crisis negotiation, a professional lecturer, trainer and coach as well as an informal resolution champion within the Police Service, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to conflict communication and resolution. Not only excelling in investigation, intelligence development and analysis, Andy is also people focused and performance orientated. His exceptional skills as a mentor and his ability to put people at ease sets him apart from the rest.
