Our story
Experience counts
We’re Integrity Conflict Solutions, the vision of Madeleine Kelly and Helen Grimberg – two senior lawyers and leaders with a hard-won reputation for excellence.
As lawyers with over 30 years’ legal and commercial experience, we’re experts in advising businesses on the risks and management of conflict. We now apply our legal experience to help businesses avoid courtroom battles, and focus instead on the commercial opportunities conflict can present.
And by ‘conflict’, we don’t just mean disagreements that have turned sour. We view conflict as any unresolved discord or miscommunication which threatens a business relationship or goal.
Our corporate and legal backgrounds mean we’ve had front seats in high pressure environments with different leadership approaches. We know that getting to grips with unresolved conflict at the first opportunity is a prerequisite to high performance leadership. Why? Because we have spent years advising senior leaders when things have gone wrong.

Training and education
Understanding conflict is key to success. We’ll educate you and your teams to recognise and deal effectively with conflict challenges early, through workshops masterclass, or experiential away day training.
Ongoing support
If ongoing support is required, we offer monthly check-ins to see how things are going, with continued conflict coaching if necessary. We’re always just a phone call away.
