Helen Grimberg
Helen is a former equity partner at BLM LLP, and co-founder of Integrity Conflict Solutions.
Helen is an expert in conflict resolution, with a particular expertise in the niche area of partnership and board conflict resolution, where friction develops between individuals or leaders and their teams.
Drawing upon the highs and lows of her 30-year career as a partner in a City law firm, Helen brings knowledge, passion and empathy to her clients and their unique situations.
In her legal career she was an Equity Partner of a top 50 law firm, dealing with dispute resolution claims, plus regulatory and multi-party actions for national and international corporate clients.
As a Head of Department, Helen led large litigation teams, latterly as an Operations Board Member and Partnership Board member.
- She led Business Development and is a consultant in business growth strategy and client listening.
- She gained extensive experience of restructuring, plus people management and development, together with
- Succession, promotion and disciplinary matters at a very senior level.
- She is considered a coach, counsel and confidante to a number of senior business leaders.
Helen’s experience as a business leader made her deeply aware of the risks involved in failing to adequately manage or address conflict. Having noticed the lack of independent support, guidance and training for these scenarios, Helen established Integrity Conflict Solutions alongside trusted colleague Madeleine Kelly.
Helen is a lawyer and a Member of the Law Society of England & Wales. She is a qualified mediator and a member of the Civil Mediation Council.
