Madeleine is a highly respected senior lawyer, trusted former general counsel and company secretary, and the visionary co-founder of Integrity Conflict Solutions.

With over 20 years of experience, Madeleine has adeptly guided the boards and committees of both UK and international enterprises. Alongside her role as general counsel and company secretary, her wide range of responsibilities have included senior leader, corporate commercial lawyer and litigator, and accredited civil, commercial and workplace mediator.

Throughout this illustrious career, Madeleine’s diverse experience has given her a unique, comprehensive and empathetic perspective of corporate conflict in complex situations. As a specialist in litigation and conflict management arising from all aspects of insurance, commercial, regulatory and employment law, she has experienced first-hand how effective management of conflict situations can positively impact business effectiveness and performance.

Today, Madeleine is committed to using her vast experience to provide independent conflict management consultancy and mediation services to senior business leaders.

Through Integrity, Madeleine’s mission is to empower boards, leadership teams and senior leaders to recognise and manage internal and external conflict. By doing so, she can equip leaders with the tools to not only effectively deal with adversity, but to transform it into opportunity.
